In this project I made another bowl, but this time I made it using sea mix. I glazed it with the white, dark blue, since blue, and black. The color drops create movement on the bowl. I am newer using sea mix but I was pretty happy about how this turned out, although i wish the bottom of the project was wider rather than skinny.

these are my tall projects for next quarter. I used sea mix to make both of them and glazed them first in white then dripped black onto them. The value in these projects show the balance in the projects. I really liked how both of these projects turned out especially because using sea mix is new to me!:)
This is an extra credit bowl project. What i did for this project was i threw with normal mixer clay and worked it into a bowl then when i was footing it I carved lines on the side. Then I glazed the whole thing in shadow green and i like how it ended up with a metallic look.
this is my hand and wheel project. What I did was I decided to make it a heart shaped project and to change it up I added holes onto the bottom on my project and filled it in with red clay and I added red clay on top too. I glazed it with shadow green and Sydneys blue. The elements I used to make this project was the heart shaped project created movement and grabs your eye to look at the heart.
this is my lidded project. It's a cute little project with flowers and a swirl inside the project. The line (element) inside the project makes a surprise when you open it and it's unexpected from the flower pattern on the outside. The line creates movement in the project. I really like the size and how the project came out overall. This might be my favorite project that I've made so far!:)
For this project I did the planter. I focused on glazing for this one. I tired different colors than I did before for this project and I ended up really liking the project. I used shadow green then dripped speckled ivory on top and it made transparent lines. The elements that I used was color and lines to emphasize the planter.
these are two extra credit projects. For these I made cylinders. For the black and white one I used the dip and drip method of dipping in the black and dripping white over it. The color emphasizes the value of the cylinder. For the while black and blue project I did the same method of dip and drop. I like how in the center of it the drips comes together and it looks like those peppermint candies. The lines of the drips emphasize the center of the cylinder. I like how these projects match with glazing patterns.
This is my tall project. For this project i dipped it in clear glaze first then did the bottle glazes on top of it. I wanted to focus on design this time so i did cheetah like patterns on the outside and different paint rectangles. I really like how the galzes turned out for my project. The art element i used for this was
